Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of DoiT’s cloud management platform, support, services, and customer needs.
  • Own day-to-day communication with vendor teams for assigned accounts and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Manage customer support escalations through resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders while balancing customer, vendor, and company interests.
  • Identify new workload opportunities within customers’ cloud environments and SaaS solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with the full portfolio of customers, including strategic and fast-growing accounts.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to product and engineering teams to inform prioritization.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews covering project timelines, projected cloud spend, and support feedback.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key cloud providers to align on customer engagements.
  • Work with cloud vendor sales representatives on shared customers and mutual opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management supporting the EMEA market.
  • 2+ years of experience at a technology company such as a SaaS company, systems integrator, or cloud vendor.
  • Experience supporting customers in the AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure ecosystem, or another cloud vendor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Ideally additional language skills such as French.
  • Strong technical skills to engage effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong operational and administrative skills with an analytical, detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to move between big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
  • Cloud certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader are a plus.
  • A desire to grow within the organization and broaden your skill set.
