Description

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to identify high-growth opportunities and untapped markets.
  • Generate pipeline and consistently hit or exceed quota and pipeline targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to support co-selling efforts.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to resolve technical challenges for prospects.
  • Manage negotiations, proposals, and deal closing for complex technical partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and ensure proposals meet DoiT brand standards.
  • Work with Marketing and BDR teams to support demand generation campaigns and post-launch analysis.
  • Travel 30-50% to meet customers, attend industry events, and engage with AWS teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience, preferably in a new business-focused role.
  • Experience selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of selling cloud services and understanding consumption-based models.
  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
  • Strong understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, with a passion for AWS products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Fluency in at least one CEE language such as Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or Greek.
  • Cloud certifications preferred.
  • Regional network and relationships with startups, VC, and technology communities preferred.
