Description

  • Lead and manage delivery of enterprise Google Cloud engagements involving services such as Compute Engine, GKE, BigQuery, Anthos, and AI/ML.
  • Engage executives, customer stakeholders, Google teams, and geographically distributed project teams.
  • Gather requirements, scope engagements, plan projects, and deliver cloud adoption services.
  • Lead teams, manage relationships, communicate across organizational levels, and facilitate technology decisions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep projects advancing.
  • Create measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Integrate change management activities into broader project plans.
  • Mentor and teach others in process, organizational, change, and learning improvement methodologies.

Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience managing or delivering IT implementations, transformation programs, or related initiatives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in cloud professional services, IT consulting, or program management organizations.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Rigorous project management approach for delivering enterprise-level projects.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments as an adaptable self-starter.
  • Experience developing and operating adoption, utilization, and proficiency measurement systems.
  • Strong relationship management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Comfort participating in video meetings with internal teams and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with value consulting, proposal development, and execution involving public cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
