Description

  • Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, activities, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
  • Assign, monitor, and support project team work while providing technical direction.
  • Manage project risks, issues, progress, and mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee project closure, acceptance, handover documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Coach and mentor junior project management staff and oversee assigned employees.
  • Maintain accurate project information in AHEAD systems, including PSA.
  • Support presales activities and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 12 years of project management experience leading complex projects or programs.
  • Experience with data center or workload migrations, consolidations, or build-outs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dell, VMware, Rubrik, NetApp, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to independently manage medium- to high-risk, complex, high-visibility projects.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align projects and programs with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, conflict-management, and time-management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management software and experience managing budgets and timelines.
  • Strong negotiation, executive-client facilitation, and risk-management skills.
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
