Description

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customer projects from kickoff through closure.
  • Support Professional Services and Delivery teams by scoping billable projects and developing statements of work.
  • Lead structured enterprise software deployments as well as higher-velocity application rollouts.
  • Champion the use of AI and automation tools to improve tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Travel domestically up to 25% to run kickoff meetings and steering committee reviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global enterprise clients, delivery teams, and cross-border stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, dependencies, and schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Track concurrent workstreams, deadlines, risks, and issues to keep projects on schedule.
  • Provide clear, documented progress updates to sponsors, board members, delivery teams, and clients.
  • Close projects methodically to support revenue recognition and capture lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated project management experience, ideally in global IT or SaaS deployments.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools, project management software, generative AI tools, or predictive analytics.
  • Experience working within structured project management frameworks such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
  • Proven success delivering complex projects on budget, on time, and against revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities, tight international deadlines, and detailed project work without sacrificing quality.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills with high cultural awareness.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience managing project profitability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly with diverse, cross-functional, remote international teams.
  • High proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, MS Office, and G-Suite.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
