Description

  • Own the successful delivery of projects across a book of client accounts from kickoff through completion.
  • Build trust-based client relationships and act as a strategic partner on project goals and outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks, gaps, and opportunities before they become problems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, content, design, paid media, and web development.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and other delivery systems.
  • Lead recurring client meetings and manage communication with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating priorities, dependencies, approvals, and feedback.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy, alignment with objectives, and overall quality before client delivery.
  • Track project goals and progress toward client outcomes and success metrics.
  • Mentor others and help influence how work is delivered across the agency.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams end to end.
  • Experience managing client communications end to end.
  • Track record of delivering complex digital marketing and web projects.
  • Strong organization and project management skills for managing deadlines, dependencies, and shifting priorities.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.
  • Ability to lead client conversations and translate abstract goals into actionable plans.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Airtable.
  • Ability to work primarily Pacific Time hours (8:00am–5:00pm PT).
  • Flexibility to meet with clients and collaborate with an international team when needed.
