Description

  • Lead and manage the successful delivery of customer engagements for Google Cloud adoption.
  • Work with executives and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, plan work, and deliver service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed Google teams to advance project execution.
  • Provide relationship management and leadership across internal and customer-facing discussions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Support enterprise-level IT implementations, transformation programs, and related initiatives.
  • Integrate change management activities into overall project plans and delivery approaches.
  • Create and operate measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps and develop corrective actions.
  • Contribute strategic guidance in a collaborative, co-development style with customer teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working with enterprise clients.
  • Customer-facing experience with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience driving, managing, and delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or similar initiatives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in cloud professional services, comparable IT consulting, or program management organizations.
  • History of mentoring or teaching others using process, organization, change, or learning improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to create and run measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
  • Ability to identify resistance and performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills with a rigorous approach to project management.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and operate as an adaptable self-starter.
  • Comfortable being on video in meetings internally and with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers like Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
  • Significant experience in Google Cloud is strongly desired.
