Description

  • Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Support service delivery success and customer satisfaction through project management.
  • Manage incidents and communicate with clients as needed.
  • Work with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers and provide regular status updates.
  • Use AHEAD systems and management tools to keep project information current.
  • Assist in developing SOWs and customer presentations.
  • Build customer relationships and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Define and execute project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, activities, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to internal and client teams.
  • Coordinate work across internal departments, clients, and vendors to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned to quality standards.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and progress to achieve deadlines, scope, and quality goals.
  • Conduct project closure and handover activities, including acceptance and documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience providing top-level customer service.
  • Passion for cutting-edge technology.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and grow.
  • Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple tasks.
  • Consulting experience (preferred).
