Description

  • Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
  • Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop aligned sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage and nurture talent pipelines for roles across the organization.
  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively within the recruitment team to meet hiring goals.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Mexico (required).
  • Available for a contract role: 3-month initial contract with option to renew.
  • Part-time availability of approximately 10–15 hours per week.
  • 2+ years of experience sourcing for a technology company (preferably services/consulting).
  • Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards for sourcing.
  • Preferable experience using Lever or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and on a team.
