Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Identify and attract top talent in the Web3, Crypto, and FinTech sectors using targeted sourcing strategies and platforms.
  • Support HR operations by partnering with leadership on performance management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
  • Develop and implement culture and engagement initiatives that promote a high-performance, inclusive, remote-first workplace.
  • Establish and refine HR policies and procedures to support scalability and alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of regional labor laws and employment practices to help ensure compliance across global markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional HR or recruitment experience.
  • Experience in Crypto, Blockchain, or FinTech industries is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment or HR operations across multiple markets, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, or global remote hubs, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the decentralized exchange landscape and the talent needs of a decentralized organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential.
