Description

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process to attract and hire A-players.
  • Manage inbound applications across all hiring platforms and maintain a clean, organized hiring pipeline in the ATS.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels and run targeted outreach campaigns to attract high-quality talent.
  • Conduct first-round screening and qualification calls using structured interview questions and scorecards.
  • Review resumes and evaluate pre-interview assessments (video, written, etc.) to qualify candidates.
  • Book qualified, high-quality candidates into second-round interviews and coordinate scheduling and follow-up.
  • Track hiring metrics and pipeline performance and identify bottlenecks to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies, screening processes, and candidate outreach to improve quality and speed of hire.
  • Maintain candidate communication and a positive candidate experience through timely outreach and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, hiring coordination, or candidate screening (agency or in-house).
  • Strong experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn; Recruiter or Sales Navigator experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable running first-round screening/qualification calls and asking structured interview questions.
  • Ability to assess candidate quality, motivation, communication skills, and role fit and make clear pass/fail recommendations based on defined criteria.
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple candidates and open roles simultaneously.
  • Experience using an ATS or CRM to track candidates, notes, and pipeline stages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort with outbound outreach and follow-up (email, LinkedIn messages, etc.).
  • Process-oriented mindset with interest in building and improving hiring systems and tracking hiring metrics.
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Preferred attributes: proactive attitude, high emotional intelligence, strong time management, tech-savvy, attention to detail, strong work ethic, honesty, and a generous/caring approach.
