Description

  • Own frontline communication with schools and educators via phone, email, and text.
  • Manage the support inbox and internal channels, ensuring queries are handled promptly.
  • Provide calm, efficient solutions to urgent support issues during busy morning periods.
  • Contribute to and maintain the Knowledge Base with self-serve support content.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to improve user experience.
  • Partner with US-based teams to resolve complex issues and maintain consistent support.
  • Document and escalate technical or systemic issues to inform product priorities.
  • Support the school and educator experience with accurate, timely, and empathetic communication.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Nova Scotia.
  • Full-time availability for 7:00-16:00 AST or 8:00-17:00 AST.
  • Experience explaining complex information simply and clearly.
  • Professional, empathetic, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, prioritize effectively, and manage a busy inbox.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous, scaling environment.
  • Motivated by the mission to support schools and educators.
  • Background in Customer Service or Customer Success, especially in a tech-led environment, is helpful but not essential.
  • Experience in the education sector is helpful but not essential.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot, and strong Google Suite skills, are helpful but not essential.
