Description

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to support emails, and handle frontline support inquiries from the support queue.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, resolve known problems, and escalate advanced cases through the appropriate channels.
  • Develop proficiency in Nextech software functionality and how it is used in a medical office setting.
  • Fully document, track, and resolve incidents in the ticketing system according to company guidelines.
  • Investigate software exceptions and error reports and follow Nextech support procedures.
  • Schedule and perform software upgrades as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed notes and documentation for each support incident.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a software troubleshooting role with customers.
  • Excellent technical skills, including basic computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work constructively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to type at 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience using Zoom Contact Center or a similar call center platform preferred.
  • Ability to type at 50 WPM with 95% accuracy preferred.
  • Must be located in the United States and not in California.
  • Willingness to work in a role that involves significant time in front of a computer monitor.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10%.
