Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of US school partnerships through ongoing relationship building and account ownership.
  • Generate increasing demand for Zen educators within partner schools to support classroom staffing needs.
  • Upsell Zen products and services to expand impact across the school partner portfolio.
  • Serve as the responsive, central point of contact for school partnership stakeholders.
  • Report key trends and partner feedback to the Product team to help improve the platform.
  • Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term roles.
  • Maintain regular contact with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and resolve issues.
  • Coach educators and support performance improvement in schools.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus.
  • A deep passion for the education sector and creating positive social impact.
  • Strong coachability and a willingness to learn from feedback.
  • Demonstrated grit, self-starter mindset, and comfort working through setbacks.
  • A positive, empathetic approach to working with schools, educators, and teammates.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to stay organized, efficient, and work with urgency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
  • Interest in growth opportunities across account management, sales, partnerships, and operations.

  • Salary of $75,500 CAD plus share options.
