Description

  • Build relationships with Heads, Tech Partners, and Tech Heroes to understand hiring needs and team goals.
  • Support hiring across digital projects for roles in engineering, product, and related technical functions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through closing.
  • Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Comply with internal and external standards, policies, and procedures, including GDPR and ISO.
  • Support Tech Sourcers with best sourcing practices and methods.
  • Represent Zartis professionally to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Work collaboratively within a distributed team across multiple technical hiring projects.
  • Maintain data accuracy and recruitment process quality across hiring activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Solid understanding of the technology landscape, or the ability to quickly acquire it.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess technical profiles across a broad range of engineering disciplines.
  • Experience managing end-to-end full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools; Lever experience is a plus.
  • Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance, including GDPR and ISO.
  • Proactive, candidate-first mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
  • Strong professional proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional language.
  • Experience hiring across multiple geographies and time zones is preferred.
  • Familiarity with nearshore or distributed engineering team models is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Gemini is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with or supporting more junior sourcing team members is preferred.
  • Experience working effectively in a fully remote team environment is preferred.
