Description

  • Lead e-commerce projects using Agile and Waterfall techniques adapted to client needs.
  • Facilitate project scope and objective definition with relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Work with offshore development teams to lead sprint planning, daily standups, and other project activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, executives, and internal team members.
  • Maintain the tools and documentation required for implementation projects.
  • Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage client and team relationships to support successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to improve solutions and processes.
  • Build understanding of the technology systems and e-commerce industry supported by Zaelab.
  • Create data-driven status reports and monitor project progress using metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce projects.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar e-commerce solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience with a consulting or professional services company.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience leading multinational teams across the USA, Eastern Europe, and India.
  • Experience leading teams using Agile Scrum practices.
  • Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Proven ability to own a project from start to finish and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent client-facing, analytical, and organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Experience creating JIRA dashboards; AIO or Tableau experience preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices; Jira experience preferred.
  • Interest in technology and willingness to stay current on new technologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Remote role with occasional travel required, approximately 10-15%.
