Description

  • Drive the strategic direction of a portfolio of enterprise accounts and support quarterly and annual planning.
  • Own account growth, revenue performance, profitability, forecasting, and monthly invoicing accuracy across the portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary client lead and first point of escalation for key accounts.
  • Build multi-year digital roadmaps and guide clients through modernization initiatives across enterprise platforms.
  • Identify risks, coordinate mitigation efforts, and ensure work aligns with client objectives and expectations.
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, and consultative solutions to support long-term client decision-making.
  • Negotiate and secure profitable commercial arrangements, including time and materials, retainers, and fixed-fee engagements.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure strong margin performance, predictability, and alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership, business development, marketing, experience, technology, and engineering teams to shape offerings and growth opportunities.
  • Onboard new clients and maintain an active backlog of strategic pursuits to expand pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, account management, or strategic client services, ideally in a consulting, digital, or technology services environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multimillion-dollar accounts and working with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic growth across existing or new account portfolios.
  • Experience identifying transformation opportunities and articulating modernization strategies in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong decision-making skills and comfort handling difficult conversations with confidence and poise.
  • Ability to operate in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with flexibility and agility as priorities shift.
  • Familiarity with composable commerce platforms, workflow automation tools, ERP modernization programs, and digital experience ecosystems.
  • Strong persuasion, presentation, and advocacy skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Solid organization, time management, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience structuring strategic engagements across T&M, fixed-fee, and retained team models.
  • Ability to travel is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, administration, marketing, information technology, communications, public relations, or a related field.
