Description

  • Serve as the primary technical authority for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives in client-facing architectural discussions and solution reviews.
  • Lead end-to-end CPQ strategy, architecture, and delivery execution aligned to client revenue models and transformation goals.
  • Design and document Quote-to-Cash solutions covering product modeling, pricing, discounting, approvals, contracts, and order fulfillment.
  • Lead the architecture and functional design of custom product configurators, including Logik.ai on ServiceNow.
  • Design secure and scalable integrations with commerce platforms, ERP systems, CDPs, middleware, and other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct business and technical discovery, current-state assessments, future-state roadmap definition, and gap analysis.
  • Lead business process mapping sessions and create functional and architectural documentation.
  • Support hands-on configuration, development, technical problem-solving, and troubleshooting alongside delivery teams.
  • Mentor consultants, developers, and analysts on CPQ architecture, platform capabilities, and delivery best practices.
  • Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering on pre-sales scoping, solution proposals, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or solution architecture, including complex platform implementations and integrations.
  • 3+ years of focused experience in CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, B2B Commerce, or complex product configurations.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering custom CPQ or product configurator solutions.
  • Experience integrating CPQ with CRM, ERP, commerce platforms, and middleware.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP, APIs, and other modern web and integration technologies.
  • Experience in digital commerce, service modernization, or customer experience transformation is a strong plus.
  • Manufacturing and B2B background is nice to have.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable architectural plans.
  • Proven experience designing or implementing AI-driven workflows or using AI insights to improve service operations.
  • Certified System Administrator within 60 days.
  • Certified Application Developer within 90 days.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Sales & Order Management (SOM).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management (FSM).
  • ServiceNow CPQ / Product Configuration (Logik.ai) certification or equivalent CPQ certification.
  • Certified Technical Architect within the first year.
  • Equivalent certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
