Description

  • Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Commerce clouds.
  • Lead or support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, platform best practices, and roadmap planning.
  • Support user adoption through documentation, training, and change management activities.
  • Ensure solution quality, scalability, and alignment with client goals.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture, data models, security model, and declarative automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
  • Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable, responsive, reusable Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, including middleware such as MuleSoft.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts applied within Apex and JavaScript development.
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts, data normalization, and SQL in Salesforce data architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Salesforce deployment tools such as change sets or SFDX.
  • Ability to write Apex unit tests, ensure code coverage, and follow test-driven development best practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B business processes and digital commerce solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce setup and configuration, order management, and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and leading business process mapping sessions.
