Description

  • Support delivery of CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives, contributing to solution design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Participate in client-facing discussions, solution reviews, and technical problem-solving sessions.
  • Collaborate with project teams and senior consultants/architects to meet delivery milestones with quality and consistency.
  • Assist in designing Quote-to-Cash processes including product modeling, pricing strategies, discounting, approvals, and order fulfillment workflows.
  • Configure product configurators using Logik.ai (ServiceNow CPQ) and translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with platform best practices.
  • Participate in business and technical discovery sessions, perform current-state assessments, and support business process mapping and gap analysis.
  • Contribute to hands-on configuration, development, and testing of CPQ solutions, and troubleshoot functional and technical issues, escalating as needed.
  • Support integration efforts connecting CPQ with CRM, ERP, commerce platforms, and assist in building prototypes and proofs of concept to validate approaches.
  • Document functional and architectural design artifacts and assist in maintaining solution and implementation documentation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, or technical implementation roles.
  • Experience with CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, B2B Commerce, or product configuration solutions.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Logik.ai, or similar CPQ platforms.
  • Exposure to integrating CPQ with CRM, ERP, or commerce platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies such as JavaScript and REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in digital commerce, service modernization, or customer experience projects; background in Manufacturing or B2B industries; exposure to AI-driven workflows or automation tools.
  • Certifications: expected to obtain Certified System Administrator (within 90 days), Certified Application Developer (within 6 months), and ServiceNow CPQ/Product Configuration (Logik.ai) Certification within the first year; ServiceNow or Salesforce CPQ-related certifications (e.g., ServiceNow CSA/AD, Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant) are beneficial.
