Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for key accounts.
  • Build deep, trusted client relationships and act as the main liaison for client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor client health and satisfaction and resolve concerns proactively.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee account implementation and scaling from onboarding through long-term expansion.
  • Analyze account performance data to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Gather client feedback and channel it into product and service improvements.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and payment industry developments.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Experience working with international clients in payments or tech.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to structure complex client situations into clear action plans.
  • High ownership mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift quickly.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working in a startup setting.
  • Experience in payments, financial services, or fintech is a strong plus.
  • Background in Project Management or Product Management is a bonus.
