Description

Provide Tier 3 support for complex IT infrastructure and networking issues.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, managed switches, routers, and wireless networking equipment.
Support and administer VMware virtual environments and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
Monitor network performance, security, and system availability.
Assist with server administration, backups, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.
Support and troubleshoot IP and cloud-based phone systems.
Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and systems.
Participate in project planning, deployments, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of IT support or systems/network administration experience.
Strong real-world experience with networking and routing.
Strong real-world experience with firewalls and network security.
Strong real-world experience with managed switches.
Strong real-world experience with VMware virtualization.
Strong real-world experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience supporting IP and cloud phone systems.
Knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP, or Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred.
Experience in K-12, higher education, or government environments is a plus.

$80,000 - $95,000 annual salary.
