Description

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft account teams and strategic manufacturing partners.
  • Partner with Microsoft during the sales process for major accounts.
  • Develop account profiles, assess revenue potential, and set appropriate customer expectations.
  • Lead the sales process across internal resources such as Sales Engineers, Deployment, and Project Managers.
  • Communicate directly with customers to understand needs, recommend solutions, and build rapport.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and set meetings to uncover business requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and handle contract, deliverable, and pricing discussions.
  • Source opportunities, close sales, and meet assigned sales goals.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training to improve performance and team expertise.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Previous Microsoft sales experience preferred, including knowledge of Office 365, EMS, and Azure.
  • Experience positioning and closing professional services opportunities.
  • Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM application.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success closing seven-figure contracts with new accounts preferred.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales goals preferred.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, deliverables, and price.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple requests concurrently.
  • Experience communicating with C-level executives preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and its business benefits preferred.
  • Ability to present complex technology to non-technical audiences preferred.
  • Experience in information technology and services preferred.

  • $75,000 to $130,000 annual base salary.
