Description

  • Meet with clients one-on-one to provide support, training, product knowledge, and account reviews.
  • Manage retention efforts for clients who have cancelled or are at risk of cancelling.
  • Deliver warm, well-documented handoffs to internal teams such as marketing, client growth, and website development.
  • Advocate for client needs and communicate effectively with internal teams on their behalf.
  • Speak confidently and professionally with clients across email, phone, and Zoom.
  • Resolve client issues with urgency and follow through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Support clients through setup and help them use the platform effectively.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred, ideally in business or communications.
  • Previous experience in a support or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently toward deadlines.
  • Strong project coordination skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a small group setting.
  • Professional manner and consistent work habits with a strong work ethic.
  • Positive demeanor, trustworthy character, and the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to understand and convey detailed information about services and systems.
  • Understanding of real estate and the real estate profession is a plus, but not required.

  • Starting salary of $50,000-$55,000.
