Description

  • Identify and pursue potential Ylopo customers.
  • Close new Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts.
  • Handle inbound lead allocation and support leads under $2k budget.
  • Shadow Senior Account Executives during demos.
  • Work closely with the support team on lead allocation and account handling.
  • Negotiate and present business cases to close new clients.
  • Build trust with prospects by understanding their needs and answering questions.
  • Demonstrate the technology platform and how it helps clients grow their business.
  • Follow structured sales and account management processes in the CRM.
  • Meet performance metrics and goals set by management.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience in B2B software sales or the real estate industry.
  • Fluency using online CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated high achievement and a strong track record of success.
  • Integrity, energy, and a genuine desire to solve customer problems.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt on your feet.
  • Comfortable selling over the phone.
  • Confident, competitive, and driven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
