Description

  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into customers.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of work experience in B2B software sales or the real estate industry.
  • Fluency in using online CRM platforms.
  • A track record of high achievement.
  • Integrity, energy, and a genuine desire to understand and solve customer problems.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
  • Comfort selling over the phone.
  • Confident, competitive, high-work-ethic mindset with a sense of urgency and closer mentality.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Four-year college degree preferred but not required.
