Description

  • Build tools that improve development efficiency for internal teams.
  • Design backend APIs for internal tools and optimize performance.
  • Manage data storage and improve tool availability and user experience.
  • Own the QA platform infrastructure and drive continuous upgrades.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design technical solutions.
  • Evaluate and apply new technologies to improve system reliability and scalability.
  • Support high availability and scalability for email systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related major.
  • 2+ years of backend experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Go or Python.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals and programming skills.
  • Familiarity with common data structures and algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, Redis, or message queue systems.
  • Experience with architecture and system development for infrastructure teams.
  • Excellent logic and analytical skills with the ability to break down business logic effectively.
