Description

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients across the Asia Pacific market.
  • Identify engagement opportunities and drive user engagement growth.
  • Become a trusted resource by helping clients maximize the value of YipitData’s research.
  • Develop expertise in the company’s products and associated investment narratives.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities, risk mitigation, and engagement strategies.
  • Manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly to a wide range of audiences.
  • Handle a variety of client situations and communications with sound judgment.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an expert network or financial industry is strongly preferred.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and confidence in a data-powered product.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent questioning skills.
  • Resourceful, resilient, excited to learn, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong judgment when handling client situations and communications.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and remain sensitive to client needs.
  • Comfort managing a high-touch, high-volume client portfolio.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as a team player.
