Description

  • Lead the end-to-end marketing organization and report directly to the CEO as a member of the leadership team.
  • Drive demand generation and conversion across paid, organic, partnership, and referral channels.
  • Own acquisition and CAC targets while growing the marketing funnel.
  • Lead brand strategy and execution across all customer touchpoints.
  • Shape and communicate Yardzen’s integrated design-and-build story to customers.
  • Partner closely with product and operations to align the customer journey from first touch through build completion.
  • Own key marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, brand awareness, and revenue.
  • Manage budget allocation and channel mix with data-driven tradeoff decisions.
  • Present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to the leadership team and board.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of consumer marketing experience, including meaningful time as a Director or VP.
  • Experience leading full-funnel marketing across brand and performance.
  • Direct experience at a DTC or consumer services company at meaningful scale, ideally $25M to $200M in revenue.
  • Track record of driving growth in a competitive consumer category.
  • Bonus: B2B experience.
  • Bonus: experience in home, design, real estate, or another considered purchase category.
  • Strong instincts for brand and design, with a high aesthetic standard.
  • Ability to operate strategically and hands-on, including building plans and writing briefs.
  • Comfort leading through ambiguity and change.
  • Bay Area location preferred.
