Description

  • Diagnose technical integration issues using data dumps, logs, and other available information.
  • Translate client-reported problems into clear, concise issue descriptions for resolution.
  • Provide customer service support and communicate solutions clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate parties when needed and follow through on handoff.
  • Manage a significant workload independently while prioritizing multiple requests and projects.
  • Use online productivity and collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Basecamp, Slack, and Google Translate.
  • Explain solutions clearly and refer stakeholders to relevant documentation as needed.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to understand client needs and recommend appropriate fixes.
  • Collaborate as a team player across functions to support issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience required.
  • Experience within the video game industry required.
  • Prior integration experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to handle client-specific issues.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • General integration knowledge.
  • Ability to manage a significant workload with high autonomy and strong prioritization skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Preferred: multilingual proficiency.
  • Preferred: experience with web or game programming such as Unreal or Unity.
  • Preferred: higher education in computer science.
