Description

  • Serve as the technical lead for client implementations and act as the main point of reference for client IT, HR, and Operations teams.
  • Guide clients on Orquest's REST API and manage technical expectations with clarity and judgment.
  • Translate client operational needs into effective Orquest configurations and implementation plans.
  • Conduct functional discovery to understand in-store operations and anticipate deployment risks.
  • Design rigorous QA and testing plans to ensure smooth production releases and minimal incidents.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate implementation execution and communication.
  • Manage strategic communication with senior stakeholders and provide clear solutions in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, technical consultant, or implementation architect in SaaS environments.
  • Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
  • Willingness to travel and work effectively in multicultural environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and end-to-end responsibility for technical solutions.
  • Ability to break down complex operational processes and translate them into scalable software configurations.
  • Strong critical thinking to anticipate technical needs before they become blockers.
  • Ability to manage high-level stakeholders, adapt technical messages to business goals, and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to stay composed and communicate confidence during critical onboarding phases or high-pressure situations.
