Description

  • Take full ownership of complex customer orders involving multiple suppliers and drive execution from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide proactive, transparent project updates.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams and customers to identify and resolve sourcing barriers during the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the production process for each order, prioritize work effectively, and mitigate delays.
  • Anticipate risks and issues, implement solutions, and improve on-time delivery and quality.
  • Manage customer escalations and complaints, including returned products and replacements, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Care, Quality, Sales, Shipping, Operations, and PD&T to support optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and case records in the central database.
  • Manage supplier oversight activities, including assessments, schedules, quality reviews, corrective actions, and shipment reconciliation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and document complex processes and workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control, compliance, and case management metric standards.
  • Provide peer coverage during absences and support leadership as a deputy on team initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, supply chain, and customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and quality inspection methods.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and develop solutions.
  • Self-starter with a take-charge attitude and ability to independently drive project completion.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Advanced English level.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with Xometry's digital marketplace or similar platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
