Description

  • Run creative and production processes from initial brief through final delivery across multiple disciplines and accounts.
  • Manage the team to deliver a wide range of outputs, including email marketing and website content.
  • Apply BTG+ project management and production processes and work in line with the company’s ways of working.
  • Own the scoping, costing, planning, and scheduling of projects, including milestones and time plans.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new briefs and help turn unclear briefs into well-prepared project briefs.
  • Identify stakeholders, create communication plans, and run structured client and team kick-off meetings.
  • Coordinate delivery across project participants, creative teams, delivery leads, and studio/resource managers.
  • Track project progress against scope, budget, timeline, and resources while managing change control.
  • Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
  • Monitor team utilization, output, documentation, compliance, and final deliverable quality while protecting project profitability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing projects successfully.
  • Integrated project experience across one or more disciplines, including Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design, and/or Print/POS.
  • Experience managing projects from initial brief to final delivery across different account sizes and time zones.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience handling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-control mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and be open to feedback.
  • Process-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and OMG; training is provided for OMG.
  • Remote working until further notice.
