Description

  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact across multiple accounts.
  • Manage and coordinate SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to identify improvements and growth opportunities.
  • Interpret marketing data using GA4 and support eCommerce marketing through Shopify.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts.
  • Ensure client deliverables and follow-ups are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal specialists and teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Extensive digital marketing account management experience in an agency setting managing multiple accounts.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
  • Experience analyzing campaigns, KPIs, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and identify account growth opportunities.
  • Expert-level English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • USB noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week, during PST hours.
