Description

  • Cultivate customer relationships, assess business needs, and manage expectations.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to close additional product and service sales.
  • Increase customer adoption and utilization through professional services and best practices.
  • Monitor customer usage and support activity to identify and mitigate adoption risks.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Technical Support in resolving customer issues.
  • Schedule and conduct regular customer success reviews.
  • Maintain expertise in Everbridge products and assigned customer verticals.
  • Use Salesforce consistently to manage account activity.
  • Meet or exceed renewal, growth, and monthly KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 1–3 years of successful sales, account management, sales engineering, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Customer satisfaction and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Solid technical acumen and ability to learn product offerings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
