Description

  • Own quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects, including reviewing work and enforcing accuracy, consistency, and guideline adherence.
  • Lead, coach, and performance-manage AI Tutors through reviews, action plans, shadow sessions, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in labeling and review tasks while modeling best practices and maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage taxonomies, quality assurance processes, and labeling guidelines.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and track KPIs such as quality, throughput, and send-back rates.
  • Collaborate with Human Data Managers, Team Leads, and Engineering to translate model needs into labeling strategies.
  • Document outcomes and report project status, risks, results, and recommended process changes.
  • Represent tutor needs and foster collaboration across the Human Data organization.

Requirements

  • At least 8 months of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation, content quality, or a similar operational field.
  • Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and the impact of training data quality on model performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a clinical or medicine-adjacent field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Previous people leadership experience preferred.
  • MD, DO, MBBS, PharmD, DDS, or another completed clinical doctoral degree preferred.
  • Clinical postgraduate experience and familiarity with laboratory results, medical imaging, EHRs, or clinical documentation preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing in fast-paced environments, and improving operational processes.
  • Experience with coaching, performance management, training programs, certification frameworks, and distributed or mixed employment teams preferred.
  • Data analysis and KPI experience required; SQL familiarity preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, stakeholder alignment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear, or equivalent tools preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States, Dubai, Ireland, United Kingdom, Japan, India, Indonesia, South Korea, the Philippines, or Singapore.
