Description

Test current products and identify deficiencies.
Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction.
Plan, create, and manage the overall quality planning strategy.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure consistent project execution.
Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Oversee continuous improvement projects.
Collect quality data and identify key product quality KPIs.
Prepare and present reports and metrics to senior management.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
2+ years of experience with Voice over IP applications.
2+ years of experience with testing techniques such as UI testing, backend testing, automated testing, and Test Driven Development strategies.
1+ years of experience coding with JAVA, Javascript, HTML5, CouchDB, or Erlang.
2+ years of experience with software QA tools and processes.
A strong sense of ownership and pride in work and its impact on company success.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum development style (nice to have).
Knowledge of one or more server-side programming languages (nice to have).
Knowledge of VoIP platforms and their features (nice to have).
Linux system administration experience (nice to have).
