Description

Draft, prepare, and review legal documents for personal injury cases, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
Conduct comprehensive legal research focused on police records, medical files, and discovery matters.
Assist with the discovery process, including organizing and producing case documents.
Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide case updates.
Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely filings.
Assist attorneys with administrative tasks and day-to-day case management.
Coordinate the collection, delivery, and organization of essential case documents.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a US personal injury law firm.
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Proficiency with legal practice management software such as Clio or MyCase (preferred).
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Permanent residence in Latin America.
Own a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) and a stable internet connection.
