Description

  • Own growth metrics, including activation, sharing, invites, review completion, rescore, and retention.
  • Build a weekly flywheel-health dashboard and lead the weekly growth cadence.
  • Recruit and manage early users, including authors and reviewers, through outreach and scheduled sessions.
  • Translate user insights into product improvements.
  • Design and execute lifecycle programs across onboarding, re-engagement, rescore prompts, and reviewer invitations.
  • Manage email and in-product messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Own the experiment backlog and run A/B tests and rapid iterations across onboarding, report UX, sharing, and reviewer conversion.
  • Develop repeatable lab-level workflows and onboarding playbooks to scale usage.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in growth, product growth, or lifecycle marketing; startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytics skills across funnels, cohorts, and attribution.
  • Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to instrument events.
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills for trust-sensitive audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and lifecycle setup, spreadsheets, experiment design, and cohort operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and prioritize decisively.
  • Fluent English and proficiency with academic terminology and communication.
  • Experience with community-driven or invite-based growth loops is preferred.
  • Familiarity with academic workflows, including preprints, peer review, and lab culture, is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enabled products where trust and explainability influence conversion is preferred.

Benefits

  • Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.
  • Monthly compensation of USD $2,000–$2,800, depending on seniority and skill set.
  • Remote contract position based in Latin America.
  • Contract managed through a payroll platform.
