Description

  • Architect and operationalize the GTM systems, processes, and data infrastructure that support the revenue engine.
  • Own GTM revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and business performance analysis for executive and functional leaders.
  • Design scalable workflows and automation across lead management, opportunity progression, and client lifecycle stages.
  • Translate ICPs, personas, messaging, and positioning into practical revenue enablement playbooks.
  • Turn business objectives into operating models, metrics, and accountability frameworks that drive consistency across teams.
  • Lead a small, growing Revenue Operations & Enablement team and help shape its future structure.
  • Partner with Transformation, Finance, Data, Sales, Client Services, and People Operations on reporting, planning, and incentive alignment.
  • Drive Wpromote’s AI strategy for go-to-market teams, including validation, rollout, knowledge sharing, and efficiency improvements.
  • Build and manage commission plans, incentive structures, performance targets, and payout calculations.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to align strategy with execution and improve revenue growth outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally in a tech-enabled services or agency environment.
  • 4+ years of people management experience, including guiding and mentoring managers.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, analytics, and process design.
  • Strong understanding of GTM tools and tech stack such as Gong, Chili Piper, and Seismic.
  • Proven success leading revenue operations transformation in high-growth environments.
  • Experience designing and executing enablement programs that improve adoption, consistency, and performance.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence across executive and functional teams.
  • A builder mindset with comfort balancing strategy, hands-on execution, and iterative improvement.
