Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with financial services clients and key stakeholders across a book of business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound questions, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions.
  • Drive customer retention, identify revenue at risk, and help prevent churn.
  • Partner with Account Executives to uncover growth opportunities and expand AlphaSense usage within existing accounts.
  • Increase product adoption across additional business units to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders and maintain proactive client communication.
  • Plan and execute new user onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams by sharing client feedback, value stories, and product insights with product, marketing, and sales.
  • Build trust by cultivating strong client relationships and positioning AlphaSense as a business partner rather than a vendor.
  • Allocate time effectively across high- and mid-touch accounts while serving as the on-the-ground presence for clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and growing relationships within Fortune 1000 clients and/or financial services companies.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly with new people and develop three-dimensional client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in internal and external relationship management with strong business acumen and effective process discipline.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with analysts through C-level executives.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into clear, simple terms.
  • Natural intellectual curiosity with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Preferred exposure to AI and/or research-based products.
  • Strong commitment to grit, work ethic, initiative, enthusiasm, and results.
