Description

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the lead point of contact for client requests.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, market, buying committee, competitive landscape, and ideal customer profile.
  • Bring strategic and innovative ideas to client engagements based on cross-channel marketing dynamics and internal specialist input.
  • Own all aspects of the statement of work, including deliverables, renewals, and change orders.
  • Lead weekly status calls, quarterly business reviews, and other client meetings.
  • Oversee integrated marketing plans across multiple channels, including social, programmatic, and YouTube.
  • Interpret analytics and CRM/MAP data to evaluate paid media performance, alignment to goals, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage account profitability by tracking agency hours and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Media Channel, and Martech teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns and measurable revenue impact.
  • Serve as quality control for all deliverables.
  • Develop and motivate account team members, with potential direct management of 1-2 people.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment across SaaS, professional services, or other complex solution categories.
  • 3+ years of B2B client management experience.
  • Experience executing digital marketing strategies across paid and organic search, social media, and email.
  • Experience managing full-funnel digital campaigns across long buying cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Understanding of the B2B sales cycle, funnel stages from MQA to closed/won, and revenue KPI alignment.
  • Experience using CRM and intent data platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.
  • Ability to translate paid media and attribution results into clear insights for VP- and C-suite-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical and strategic marketing experience, including competitive assessment, industry analysis, and SWOT analysis.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise clients simultaneously with combined media budgets over $80M.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team structure, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong ability to help lead a team, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling is preferred.
