Description

  • Lead design strategy for complex, cross-product initiatives that affect multiple teams and customer segments.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and executive leadership to define product vision and roadmap priorities.
  • Own end-to-end design for ambiguous product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Create scalable design frameworks, patterns, and principles that help other designers work more effectively.
  • Contribute to and strengthen the design system through high-leverage components, patterns, and documentation.
  • Lead discovery research initiatives and translate customer insights into actionable design opportunities.
  • Use service design methods such as customer journey mapping and service blueprinting to improve end-to-end experiences.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners and present recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Mentor and coach senior and mid-level designers through critiques, feedback, documentation, and workshops.
  • Improve design processes, workflows, tooling, and measurement frameworks to increase team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showing complex B2B/SaaS work and measurable business impact.
  • 3+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-team design initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience designing for non-technical users and complex enterprise software.
  • Experience with AI-powered features or data-driven product experiences.
  • Strong foundation in user-centered design, human-computer interaction, Jobs-to-be-Done, and user research practices.
  • Deep experience with service design methodologies, including customer journey mapping and service blueprinting.
  • Mastery of modern design tools, with Figma preferred.
  • Experience building and contributing to design systems at scale.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS, B2B enterprise software, service industry workflows, field service management, fintech, mobile, cross-device experiences, design operations, or design conferences/community involvement.
