Description

  • Own the patient experience across Health Systems, EAP, and Payer Partnerships.
  • Design and scale referral-to-booking experiences for patients arriving through health system partners.
  • Create and improve Booking Assistant, referrer dashboards, and intake flows for expanding health system partnerships.
  • Design onboarding and patient experiences for new payer EAP programs and free-session utilization.
  • Lead early-stage product exploration and major redesigns for EAP-related flows.
  • Create co-branded patient journeys and landing pages for payer partnership channels.
  • Improve provider directory discoverability and optimize conversion for payer-sourced patients.
  • Run sustained, multi-sprint experiments to improve conversion between partnership-sourced and organic patients.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Payer Relations, Health System BD, and Ops.
  • Present prototypes and design decisions directly in partner meetings and cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience designing consumer experiences within B2B2C or platform constraints.
  • Ability to make third-party handoffs feel native, seamless, and trustworthy.
  • Strong product strategy instincts and the ability to shape what gets built from customer insights.
  • Experience running multi-sprint experiments with conversion and retention metrics.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and defining what to build from unclear problem spaces.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to non-design stakeholders and use prototypes to persuade.
  • Experience working in an AI-native design workflow using tools such as Claude, Cursor, MagicPatterns, or Claude Code.
  • Portfolio or experience showing work across from-scratch product creation and scaling existing products.
  • Experience presenting work in partner or stakeholder meetings, especially in high-stakes relationship contexts.
  • Preferred experience using working demos as a primary artifact in design collaboration.

  • Base salary of $180,000 to $225,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
