Description

  • Support customers through the software onboarding and implementation process.
  • Track project progress, milestones, dates, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Partner with clients to understand their daily operations and configure the software using best-practice workflows.
  • Deliver hands-on user training and change-management guidance to support adoption.
  • Manage multiple client onboarding projects at the same time while maintaining quality standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and update stakeholders on progress and risks.
  • Provide proactive troubleshooting and support when clients encounter implementation issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Use AI-driven tools and automation to streamline tracking, documentation, and weekly workflows.
  • Help update client setup guides, instructional materials, and internal training documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, software support, customer onboarding, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Comfort with basic SaaS concepts and modern workplace tools such as G Suite and Excel/spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Curiosity for and practical experience using AI productivity tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, inquisitive problem-solving mindset and passion for helping people overcome technical challenges.
  • High professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate across teams and with different client personalities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites up to 25% of the time.
