Description

  • Lead and scale a technical consulting team that designs, implements, and troubleshoots complex integrations.
  • Set technical standards and best practices for the integrations consulting practice.
  • Guide build-versus-buy and partner-versus-internal delivery decisions.
  • Develop the team’s technical bench and oversee SI onboarding and certification.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on connector roadmaps and feasibility for custom builds.
  • Partner with pre-sales and post-sales teams to scope integration work for new and existing business.
  • Manage deep technical escalations and resolve customer and partner friction quickly.
  • Drive AI adoption across the team to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Support the development and monetization of in-house integrations.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integrations-focused implementation in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Hands-on experience architecting or overseeing integrations using iPaaS tools such as Workato, Kombo, or similar.
  • Track record of shipping integrations at scale, not just one-off custom builds.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in driving AI adoption to automate workflows and support experimentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Experience with technical escalations and cross-functional collaboration is strongly preferred.
  • Background in B2B SaaS integration strategy is preferred.

  • National pay range of $128,300 to $168,000.
  • Eligibility for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases.
  • Potential sales commissions for roles covered by the commission plan.
