Description

  • Support Account Executives and Account Managers with technical and product positioning during the sales cycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key customer accounts to help close deals.
  • Serve as the product and sales expert for Wavelytics, answering technical and product-related questions.
  • Explain Wavelytics’ competitive advantages and differentiate the solution to buyers.
  • Speak to data protection, AI best practices, and security considerations.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to refine messaging for new features.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks aligned with product enhancements.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to generate testimonials and case studies.
  • Lead sales pursuits when needed and provide support on other pursuits as required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a sales organization with data analytics and AI offerings.
  • Ability to learn and clearly explain complex technology in a customer-friendly way.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and understand business needs.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic, customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience working with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ability to discuss data protection, AI best practices, and security considerations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and sales teams.
