Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and key customer accounts to support deal closure.
  • Serve as the Wavelytics product and sales expert throughout the sales cycle.
  • Answer technical and product-related questions from Account Managers, prospects, and customers.
  • Clearly explain Wavelytics, AI, and its competitive advantages to buyers.
  • Address data protection, AI best practices, and security considerations.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to refine messaging for new features.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks aligned with product enhancements.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to generate testimonials and case studies.
  • Lead or support sales pursuits as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a sales organization with data analytics and AI offerings.
  • Strong ability to learn and explain complex technology in customer-friendly language.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and understand business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strategic, customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience leading or supporting sales pursuits is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data protection, AI best practices, and security considerations is preferred.
