Description

  • Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, qualify complex customer use cases, and shape solution strategy for enterprise opportunities.
  • Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, and interactive workshops.
  • Own proofs of concept and pilot programs from start to finish, including success criteria, implementation guidance, and blocker resolution.
  • Document executive-level business outcomes from evaluations and technical engagements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on roadmap input.
  • Complete RFPs and security questionnaires accurately and on deadline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer with direct customer engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and modern integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience designing, troubleshooting, and implementing complex enterprise integrations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proven approach for working through ambiguity.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and complex technical sales cycles.
  • Ability to engage and influence software engineering teams and C-level stakeholders.
