Description

  • Provide leadership and direction for enterprise new‑logo sales and account management teams to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Drive pipeline growth and sales process excellence across the enterprise sales organization.
  • Recruit, ramp, train, and empower Enterprise Account Executives and Account Managers to act as strategic partners to large field service customers.
  • Coach and develop a high‑performance sales culture grounded in coaching, accountability, recognition, and continuous development.
  • Own performance management and ensure the team consistently builds and executes a healthy pipeline of Enterprise SaaS opportunities.
  • Ensure sales teams align WorkWave solutions to measurable business impact for customers and execute a consultative sales approach.
  • Represent WorkWave in executive sales presentations, tradeshows, and corporate events and lead change with clear communication and purpose.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth software environment.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience building and growing high‑performing enterprise sales and account management teams.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and driving consultative sales approaches.
  • Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain top‑tier sales and revenue‑focused talent.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and performance management.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to major accounts and national accounts.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to rapidly cultivate relationships across functions and customers.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for execution and sound judgment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for executive presentations, tradeshows, and events.

  • Base salary range $150,000–$170,000 plus commission.
